Aina Haina class on July 26th

All Aina Haina dojo students, we will have a conditioning class on July 26th 2012 at Waialae Iki Park at 6:00 PM. Don't forget this is not a karate class but conditioning class. All the students need to to have water, running shoes, shorts and shirt. We will meet by the park building. I am looking forward to see you there.
