We are happy to announce that we will be starting a YOGA program at our hombu "main" dojo at Kachi Karate. Our instructor, Clarisa, will be taking you through an hour of Vinyasa Yoga. Manoa gym was a place to be on Sunday, April 6th, 2014. Many students from different karate schools gathered to compete at the 2014 AAU Regional Championship. Team Kachi brought 25 students and they did an outstanding job. Overall we took 24 gold medals, 11 silvers and 10 bronzes. You can download detailed results bellow.
